1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 cup Baby spinach
1/2 medium Frozen banana (diced)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado (diced)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Matcha, green tea powder
1 tsp Honey (to taste)
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
1/8 cup seeds Pomegranate seeds
1/2 tsp Chia seeds, ground


1. Blend together the milk, yogurt, spinach, banana, avocado, lemon, matcha and honey to taste. Pour into a bowl.
2. Decorate your smoothie with blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, goji berries and chia seeds.
