1 head Broccoli, raw (cut into florets)
1 head(s) Bok choy (torn)
1/2 bunch Kale (torn)
1/2 bunch Swiss chard (torn)
1 cup Brown rice, short-grain, cooked (or millet, quinoa, brown rice noodles)
1/3 cup hulled Sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds)
1/2 cup Alfalfa sprouts (optional)


1. Steam broccoli and greens until they are tender and bright green.
2. Put 1 cup cooked brown rice in a bowl and arrange the steamed greens and broccoli on the brown rice around the bowl.

3. Sprinkle toasted sunflower seeds on top. Garnish with lots sprouts.



This recipe is completely customizable! Some topping ideas:

a few sprinkles of seaweed
