1. Steam broccoli and greens until they are tender and bright green.
2. Put 1 cup cooked brown rice in a bowl and arrange the steamed greens and broccoli on the brown rice around the bowl.
3. Sprinkle toasted sunflower seeds on top. Garnish with lots sprouts.
