|2 medium egg||Egg|
|1 tsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|1 stalk(s)||Green onion, scallion, ramp (minced, white and green part)|
|3 slice(s)||Ham, sliced|
|1/4 cup chopped||Zucchini (chopped)|
1. Crack and whisk with eggs in small bowl.
2. Add pesto, 1 tsp. of water, and a sprinkle of fresh pepper and whisk again.
3. In a small skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped zucchini and ham for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the eggs and cook as desired. Top with green onions.
