3 cup whole Almonds, raw (soaked 8-12 hours, rinsed and broken up in food processor)
2 cup Cashew nuts, raw (soaked 2-4 hours, rinsed and broken up in food processor)
1 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 cup Cacao nibs, raw
1/2 cup Flaxseed meal (ground) (prferrably golden flaxseed meal)
1 cup Chia seeds
1 cup Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 cup Mulberries, dried
1 cup Golden berries (dried)
1 tsp Lemon peel (zest)
1 cup Maple syrup, pure (or local raw honey)
1/4 cup Maca powder
3 tbsp Spirulina powder
1 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean powder (or extract)


Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl until incorporated. Add maple syrup and mix again. Crumble onto dehydrator. Dehydrate until completely dry for 48 hours or more at 105°C. Store in airtight containers.

Note: Each serving is approximately 1/4 cup of granola for each bar
