1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (chopped)
1 cup Kale (chopped, spine removed)
3/4 cup Lentils, red, cooked (cook as per package instructions)
1 medium Apple (cored, chopped)
1 medium Banana (s) (peeled)
1/2 cup Water (cold)
3/4 cup Ice cubes (crushed)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla, fat-free
3 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tbsp Spirulina, dried

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Scrape down sides and blend again. Serve immediately.
