Ingredients


1/2 cup Pineapple (frozen)
1/3 cup Blueberries (frozen)
1/2 tbsp Ginger root (fresh)
1 tbsp Lemon juice (fresh)
1 cup Baby spinach
3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled

Instructions


  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
