This smoothie bowl is both filling and nutritious that is high in fiber and high protein.


1/2 cup Frozen zucchini
125 ml chopped Frozen collard greens
1/4 cup Butternut squash (frozen cubes)
1 scoop Hemp protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup Skyr plain yogurt
1/4 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
1 tbsp Whole grain cereal mix (for topping)
1/4 small Apple (chopped - for topping)


  1. Add frozen zucchini, frozen collard greens, butternut squash, vanilla hemp protein, yogurt, coconut water, avocado, and psyllium seed husk to a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy
  3. Top with apple and cereal and enjoy!
