3 medium Frozen banana (peeled)
4 cup Spinach (loosely packed)
10 leaf Mint, fresh (large)
2 cup Soy milk, unsweetened (vanilla)

Instructions


1. Peel and freeze bananas.

2. Wash fresh spinach and mint leaves.

3. Combine frozen bananas, spinach, mint, and almond milk in the blender.

4. Blend on high until smooth.

5. Pour into 2 tall glasses and top with a sprig of fresh mint.
