Ingredients


1 medium Apple
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 cup Ice cubes
1 cup Kale (stems removed)
1/2 cup Mango (sliced)
1 cup diced Pineapple
1 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Water (or more depending on how thick you like your smoothies)

Instructions


Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.

Start blending slowly increase speed to high. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Serve immediately, and enjoy!
