1 medium Apple
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 cup Ice cubes
1 cup Kale (stems removed)
1/2 cup Mango (sliced)
1 cup diced Pineapple
1 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Water (or more depending on how thick you like your smoothies)


1. Place all ingredients of the ingredient into a high-powered blender. 

2. Start blending slowly increase speed to high. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

3. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
