2 1/2 cup Mixed vegetable salad (pizza base - can use veggies such as turnip, carrot, pumpkin, zucchini, sweet potato)
1/2 cup Walnuts (pizza base - soaked 4 hrs, drained)
1/2 cup Flaxseed meal (ground) (pizza base)
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt (pizza base)
1/4 cup Water (pizza base - more or less as needed)
2 cup Cashew nuts, raw (hummus spread - soaked 2 hrs, drained)
2 tsp Tahini (hummus spread)
1 clove(s) Garlic (hummus spread - can use 1 to 2 cloves)
1/4 cup Lemon juice (hummus spread)
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (hummus spread - can put more or lesss)
1/2 tsp Cumin (hummus spread)
1/2 tsp Coriander, ground (hummus spread)
1/2 cup Water
1 cup sliced Green olives (olive mix - unpasteurized, chopped)
1/2 medium Black olives (olive mix - unpasteurized, chopped)
2 sprig Parsley, fresh (olive mix - a handful)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice (olive mix - half of one lemon)
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil (olive mix)
2 tsp Herbamare original (olive mix - can use other dried herb mixes)
1 dash Black pepper (olive mix - to taste)
1 1/2 cup Shiitake mushrooms, raw (mushroom mix - can use brown mushrooms)
4 tsp Orange juice (mushroom mix)
4 tsp Lemon juice (mushroom mix)
4 tsp Lime juice (fresh) (mushroom mix)
1 tsp Oregano, fresh (mushroom mix - chopped)
1/4 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin (mushroom mix)
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt (mushroom mix)
1 tsp Black pepper (mushroom mix)
1 tsp Tamari, gluten free, reduced sodium (mushroom mix - a splash)
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (for assembly - chopped)
2 sprig Oregano, fresh (for assembly - put in when doing pizza base)



In processor process veges until they are small pieces. Transfer to a bowl. Place walnuts in processor and pulse into tiny bits. Add to bowl. Add rest of ingredients and make a sticky dough. Spread onto dehydrator sheet and dehydrate at 115°F for 6-8 hours. When top is dry, flip and dehydrate another 3 hours or until dry.


In blender, process all ingredients except water, add water gradually till hummus is smooth.


Mix in all ingredients and set aside to marinate 1 – 2 hours covered.

Spread hummus mix over pizza base. Top with mushrooms, olives, cherry tomatoes, crushed dehydrated sage leaves and serve. Enjoy!
