Ingredients


1/2 cup Baby spinach
1 medium Banana
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 cup Mango (peeled, diced)
1/2 cup diced Pineapple
1 1/2 cup Water (or milk, or coconut milk for a dairy-free alternative)

Instructions


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

2. If you have a small blender combine spinach and liquid first, then add the other goods.

3. Optional to add in a few ice cubes. Hide the greens by adding in blueberries.
