1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until fully smooth.
2. Pour smoothie into small paper cups or popsicle molds, place in popsicle sticks, and freeze a minimum of 4 hours.
3. To unmold popsicles, run the molds under warm water 5 seconds to loosen from molds.
