Ingredients


1 avocado(s) Avocado (peeled, pitted)
1 medium Banana (s) (peeled)
2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
2 mango Mango (flesh cut away from pit)
1 cup Spinach

Instructions


1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until fully smooth.

2. Pour smoothie into small paper cups or popsicle molds, place in popsicle sticks, and freeze a minimum of 4 hours.

3. To unmold popsicles, run the molds under warm water 5 seconds to loosen from molds.


Serve and enjoy!
