Ingredients


1/2 cup Kale (roughly chopped)
1/4 cup Spinach (roughly chopped)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 1/2 medium Apple
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 cup Plain yogurt, fat free (optional)

Instructions


1. Place all ingredients (kale, apple, spinach, avocado, ground flax seed, honey and yogurt) in a juicer jar or blender. 


2. Add ½ cup of water and blend it till smooth and creamy.

3. Add more water as per your choice consistency.

4. Serve fresh!

Notes:

Avocados

are high in monounsaturated fatty acids which are great for heart health

Apples

are a great source of vitamin C and contain an insoluble fiber called pectin which is excellent for digestion!
