Ingredients


1/2 cup Kale (roughly chopped)
1 1/2 medium Apple
1/4 cup Spinach (roughly chopped)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/4 cup Plain yogurt, fat free (optional)
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/2 cup Water (more for desired consistency)

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients (kale, apple, spinach, avocado, ground flaxseed, honey, and yogurt) in a blender. 
  2. Add ½ cup of water and blend it until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more water as per your choice consistency.
