1. Place all ingredients (kale, apple, spinach, avocado, ground flax seed, honey and yogurt) in a juicer jar or blender.
2. Add ½ cup of water and blend it till smooth and creamy.
3. Add more water as per your choice consistency.
4. Serve fresh!
