This easy recipe for Green Soda Bread is the perfect Irish-inspired food for your St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

Ingredients


3 cup All-purpose white flour
2 cup Spinach (fresh; packed)
1 cup Green chili pepper (also chile or chilli)
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 450℉.
2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
3. Combine spinach, vinegar, and almond milk into blender and blend until well combined.
4. Stir until well combined.
5. Divide dough into eight pieces to make dinner rolls or into two to make two smaller loaves. Shape loaves and place on baking sheet.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until bottom of rolls are slightly golden and crisp.
7. Remove from oven and cover with towel before serving to keep rolls tender.
8. Eat warm straight from the oven, slice in half and toast, or add some avocado slices and greens.
