1/2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1 cup Baby spinach
1 large Frozen banana (packed)
1/4 cup cubes Avocado
2 tsp Lime peel (zest) (easier to zest lime before juicing)
1 1/2 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
3 cube(s) Ice cubes
2 tsp Maple syrup, pure
1/2 tsp Matcha, green tea powder
1 tbsp Granola (topping)
2 tbsp Coconut flakes, unsweetened (topping)
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (topping)
1/4 cup slices Banana (s) (topping)


1. Add all the smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Adjust sweetness if desired.

2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on the toppings of your choice. Enjoy with a spoon!
