Ingredients


3 cup Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun)
1/2 medium Tomato (diced)
1/4 small Red onion (sliced thinly)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (small)
1 medium Carrots (shredded)
1/2 cup White kidney beans, canned (drained)
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt and pepper (of each)

Instructions


1. Place mixed greens in a bowl and top with remainder vegetables, beans and seeds. 

2. Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze with lemon and spice with salt and pepper.
