2 slice Whole wheat bread (or sprouted whole grain bread)
1 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted
1 slice Mozzarella cheese (organic)
1 slice Cheddar cheese, sharp (organic)


1. Preheat skillet over medium heat

2. Place bread - butter side down on skillet and add shredded cheese. 

3. Add butter to the next slice and place butter side up on top of the cheese.

4. Grill until the cheese is slightly melted and then flip and grill the other side. 

5. Remove from heat, cut in half and Enjoy!
