1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 clove(s) Garlic
1 1/2 medium Lemon (juiced)
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions


  1. Place the garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper into a blender or food processor and puree to make the marinade.
  2. Rub the chicken in the marinade. Place the chicken with the marinade into Ziploc bags and place in the refrigerator. Let sit for at least 2 hours.
  3. Grill the chicken and serve.
