720 gm Corn (4 cobs)
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin (if direct grilling)
4 tsp Butter, unsalted (for serving)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Remove husks and silk from corn. Brush each piece with olive oil.
  3. Place corn directly on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally.
  4. Remove from grill and serve with butter, salt & pepper to taste.
