Oil the grill with cooking spray. Heat grill to medium. Grill the bell peppers, onions and mushrooms for 10-15 minutes. Turn over two or three times, until tender.
Combine the olive oil, vinegar, and garlic in a large bowl. Add the cooked vegetables and the basil, toss well. Place the sausages on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated though.
Slice sausages into small pieces and transfer to a large plate. Serve vegetables and sausage in a tortilla wrap with desired extras and toppings.
