|1 medium||Banana (cut in chunks)|

|1/2 medium||Apple (cored and chopped)|
|3/4 cup||Vanilla yogurt, 2-4% M.F. (see notes for vegan)|
|1 1/2 cup||Spinach|
1. Place the banana, grapes, apple, yogurt and spinach in a high-speed blender. Cover, and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides.
2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
