Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Spray the skillet with olive oil cooking spray to prevent the ground turkey from sticking.
Once the skillet is hot, add the ground turkey to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon or spatula to crumble it into smaller pieces.
Cook the ground turkey, stirring occasionally, until it starts to brown and is no longer pink, usually about 5-7 minutes.
While the ground turkey is cooking, sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the meat.
Continue to cook the ground turkey, stirring occasionally, until it is fully cooked and the taco seasoning is well incorporated, usually another 2-3 minutes.
Taste the cooked ground turkey and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
Once the ground turkey is fully cooked and seasoned to your liking, remove the skillet from the heat.
