1-Peel the carrots and chop them
2-Stir the carrots, walnuts in food processor
3- Chop onions and sundried tomatoes
4- Stir spices, sunflower seeds, and onion in food processor
5-Heat up a pan at medium heat
6-Add coconut oil when it's hot
7-Cook the processed mixture on the pan for 10 minutes
8-Stir spinach and raisins and cooked mixture in the bowl
9- Stir in some sesame oil
