|6 large egg||Egg, hard boiled|
|2 tsp||Lime juice (fresh)|
|5 gm||Red onion (about 1 tsp, minced)|
|1 tbsp||Jalapeno pepper (minced)|
|1 tbsp||Cilantro (coriander)|

|1 dash||Black pepper|
|1 slice||Tomato (diced)|
|2 tsp||Chili powder|
1. Peel the cooled hard boiled eggs.
2. Cut the eggs in half horizontally, and set the yolks aside.
3. In a bowl, mash the avocado and 4 egg yolks; discard the rest. Mix in lime juice, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt and pepper and adjust to taste. Gently fold in tomato.
4. Scoop heaping spoonfuls of the guacamole into the 12 halved eggs. Sprinkle with a little chile powder and arrange on a platter.
