1 avocado(s) Avocado (ripe)
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1/2 medium Cucumber, peeled (seeded, chopped)
1 tsp Cumin
1 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh)
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 small Tomato (seeded, chopped)
1/2 small Yellow onion (chopped)


1. In a medium bowl, mash avocado and add cilantro, cucumber, cumin, lime juice, tomato, onion, and salt & pepper. 

2. Mix together until well-combined. Serve with your favourite tortilla chips or veggies.
