Cook cranberries with goji berries on medium heat for about 10 minutes - you can add the tbsp of water if you don't want the cranberries to stick for the first few minutes of cooking.
Meanwhile, blend together the frozen guava and squash with the skyr, wheatgrass, protein powder, cinnamon, and whey fluid. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with cranberries & goji sauce, and add a dollop of peanut butter. Enjoy!
Note: I used the powdered peanut butter variety (just peanuts - be wary of those that add sugar!) and made it very watery…hence why it looks so liquidy!
