1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 tsp minced Ginger root
1 capsule Probiotic capsule (or 1 tsp probiotic powder)
1 tbsp Aloe Vera Juice, unsweetened
1/2 cup Water, filtered

Instructions


  1. Put all ingredients in a mason jar and cover with a lid. Shake to mix and drink.

Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of glutamine to help reduce bloating and promote overall good gut health.
