Gym Rat Smoothie

Ingredients


170 ml Milk (any allowed)
35 gm Rolled oats, dry
1 tsp Chia seeds
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
1 pinch Nutmeg, ground (optional)
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
45 cube(s) Ice cubes
2 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened (or any other fruit allowed)

Instructions


In a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Notes:

- If you want a more creamy consistency, blend the oats alone first to grind them into flour, then add the rest of the ingredients.

- The fruit is optional, it will provide some sweetness to the smoothie.
