1. Spray olive or sesame oil into a skillet.
2. Add the tofu. Saute to liking.
3. Add in H-E-B stir fry veggies.
4. Add in coconut aminos to taste. Let the vegetables and tofu cook until cooked through.
5. Serve stir fry on top of brown rice.
