1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 medium Frozen banana
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tsp greens+ ORIGINAL (unflavoured), Genuine Health
2 tbsp Whey protein powder, unflavoured (protein powder of choice)
3 leaves Kale (de-stemmed)
2 tsp Molasses

Instructions


1. Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and mix well. Add more water if necessary.
