Ingredients


2 large stalk(s) Celery (chopped)
1 can(s) (16 oz) Diced tomatoes, canned (do not drain)
2 clove(s) Garlic (chopped)
1 cup Green/yellow string beans, frozen
454 gm Wild Atlantic halibut (fillets, cut into pieces)
1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning, McCormick
1 tbsp Olive oil
3/4 cup Pasta, Fusilli, dry
2 tbsp Tomato paste, canned
3 cup Vegetable stock/broth
1/2 cup Yellow onion (chopped)

Instructions


Heat olive oil in a 6-quart pot over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and celery; sauté 3 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste and seasoning. Stir in tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in fish and green beans; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Stir in pasta. Cook 5 minutes or until pasta is heated through.
