400 gm Halloumi cheese, Wegman's
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
40 tomato Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup Parsley, fresh (fresh)
1 small Red onion
1 tbsp Walnut oil (pistachio)

Instructions


  1. Cut the haloumi in thick slices
  2. Put a little oil in a pan and fry the slices about 2 minutes on each side
  3. Cut tomatoes, onions and fresh parsley
  4. To assemble the salad and to serve with hot haloumi, cooled the haloumi becomes very hard
