Ham and Swiss Stuffed Chicken Breast

1 tsp Granulated garlic
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
57 gm Cream cheese (organic)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (organic)
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs (gluten-free)
4 breast Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (organic)
4 slice(s) Ham, sliced (nitrate-free)

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese, Swiss cheese, ½ teaspoon granulated garlic, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Set aside.

3. In another small bowl mix together the rest of the granulated garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another medium bowl pour in the Panko breadcrumbs.

4. Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breasts until you get the desired thickness. On each chicken breast, sprinkle ¼ of the cheese mixture. Then take 1 slice of ham, chop it up and sprinkle on top of the cheese mixture. Roll up the chicken breast, sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning, and then coat the breasts with the Panko breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts. 

5. Bake for 40 -45 minutes or until chicken is done and juices run clear. Chicken internal temperature should be 165F.
