908 gm Ground Beef, 90% lean
6 cup Bone broth, Organic (Beef)
1 cup Oyster mushroom (fresh)
1 cup diced Carrots
1/4 cup Green onion
2 cup Green/yellow string beans, frozen
1 cup Dill pickles (diced)
1/2 cup Pickle brine
2 cup Celery root, celeriac (diced)
2 tsp Italian herb seasoning

Instructions


  1. Brown and drain the ground beef. 
  2. Then all of these ingredients can be tossed into a crockpot on medium for 4 hours or simmer on stove for 45 minutes.

** Can swap parsnips for celery root if preferred
