Ingredients


1/8 avocado(s) Avocado
1/2 medium Banana (frozen)
1/2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1 tsp minced Ginger root
1 lemon wedge Lemon (for garnish)
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh (packed)
1 cup diced Pineapple
1/2 cup Water

Instructions


Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on the highest speed until super smooth.

Optional to add 1/4 teaspoon of probiotic powder.

Tips:
1) Feel free to add a handful of baby spinach.
2) Fresh mint would also give this smoothie a nice digestion boost!
