1 large egg | Egg, hard boiled |
50 gm | Grape tomatoes |
1 pinch | Sea Salt (to taste) |
1 dash | Black pepper (to taste) |
1. Place egg in a pot of cold water 1 inch covered on top. Bring water to a rolling boil and then turn off heat and cover egg and allow to cook in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and rinse in cold water and then peel the shell.
2. Slice tomatoes and boiled egg - season with sea salt and black pepper to taste!
