1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 medium Frozen banana
1 tsp Almond butter
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ginger, ground
1/8 tsp Cardamom, ground
1/8 tsp Himalayan sea salt
