1/2 pepper(s) Green chili pepper (also chile or chilli) (hatch chile, minced)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (mince)
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander)
30 gm White onion (2 tablespoon's worth, minced)


In a mixing bowl, gently combine all the ingredients with your hands. You don't want to overwork the meat. Gently roll the mixture in to 12 evenly sized meatballs. Cook over medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet about 15 minutes, or until medium, flipping halfway through.
