1/4 cup Butter, unsalted (softened)
3/4 cup packed Brown sugar
1 medium egg Egg (beaten)
1/2 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana) (rinsed in hot water and drained (raisins are optional))
10 large tortilla(s) Wheat flour tortilla
1 pinch Salt


Cut 4 inch circles out of large tortillas.

Gently fold into regular sized muffin cups.

Cream together butter and brown sugar using an electric mixer. Add beaten egg, vanilla, a pinch of salt and raisins. Stir together.

Fill tarts.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F and 10 minutes at 350°F.
