2 can (13.5 oz) Artichoke hearts, canned (roughly chop)
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 block Cream cheese, fat free
3 clove(s) Garlic (crushed)
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese, partially skimmed
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated, low fat
1 medium shallot(s) Shallots (diced)
1 cup Sour cream, fat free


Preheat oven to 400.

Mix all ingredients together (option to microwave cream cheese for 30 sec to soften).

Transfer to ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes (bubbling edges).

Serve with veggies and melbatoast.
