150 gm Rolled oats, dry
30 gm Corn flakes, Kellogg's
30 gm All Bran Bran Flakes, Kellogg's
150 gm Raisins, seedless (sultana)
75 gm Dates (chopped)
75 gm Apricot, dried (chopped)
50 gm Almonds, raw (chopped)
50 gm Pumpkin seeds
50 gm Sunflower seeds
2 medium Apple (chopped and cooked in a little water)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Molasses
3 tsp Condensed milk, sweetened

Instructions
