Egg
2 small egg
Egg white
(whites)
1 dash
Salt and pepper
1 small
Tomato
(1 tomato and 20 g avocado.)
Instructions
Split two eggs. For this recipe, you use two egg whites and one entire egg.
Whisk the egg whites and the egg together and season with pepper and salt.
Heat some oil or baking spray in a pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Fry the egg wrap for 2-3 minutes on one side. Then carefully flip it over and fry the other side for 2-3 minutes too.
Top the wrap with toppings of your choice and serve!
