Preheat the oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together, spread on two parchment covered cookie sheets, and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Play with other ingredients and add other spices, raisins, etc. But be careful here! It's easy to turn something healthy into what would be considered a dessert if you start adding in too much dried fruit or chocolate.
