2 cup Oats, large flakes, dry
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
2 medium Banana (s) (mashed)
1 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or milk)
1/4 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana) (can use dry fruit or dark chocolate)
2 tbsp Chia seeds (optional - or hemp seeds)


Mash bananas well.

Add bananas and all remaining ingredients into a large bowl and stir until combined.

Put mixture into an 8x8 square baking pan.

Press down lightly to make mixture evenly spread.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°.


Makes 16 square or 10 bars.
