3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 clove(s) Garlic (coarsely chopped)
2 tsp Caraway seed (lightly crushed)
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
1 pinch Sea salt, fine
1 dash Black pepper
4 cup shredded Red cabbage
2 cup slices Red Apple
1/2 cup Cranberries, dried
1/2 cup Nuts, pecans, dry roasted (halves)
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh


  1. For the dressing, in a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and caraway seeds; cook and stir 1 minute. Whisk in vinegar and honey; bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, apples, cranberries, and pecans. Add dressing; toss to combine. Top with parsley.
