Caraway seed

Apple cider vinegar

4 cup shredded
Red cabbage
2 cup slices
Red Apple
1/2 cup
Cranberries, dried
1/2 cup
Nuts, pecans, dry roasted

Parsley, fresh

Instructions
For the dressing, in a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and caraway seeds; cook and stir 1 minute. Whisk in vinegar and honey; bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrots, apples, cranberries, and pecans. Add dressing; toss to combine. Top with parsley.
