1 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
1/4 cup | Oats, dry |
1 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened |
1/2 cup | Mixed berries |
1/2 cup | Mango (diced ) |
1 tbsp | Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) |
In a mason jar add the chia seeds ,hemp seeds, ground flax seeds and oats. Add ¾ cup of the almond milk. Mix it all together ,close the jar and leave overnight in the fridge.
In the morning add the fruit and pumpkin seeds and the remaining milk.
