Mixed Berry Smoothie with Spinach and Oats

This hearty smoothie is an easy grab-and-go breakfast option that is jam-packed with fibre and protein to keep you feeling full all morning long!

Ingredients


1/2 cup Frozen berries
1/2 cup Baby spinach (packed)
1 cup Soy milk, unsweetened, plain (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp Oats, dry (gluten-free, if needed)
1 tbsp Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or dairy-free alternative)
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (or nut/seed butter of choice)

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, secure the lid, and blend until smooth. You may need to stop the process halfway through to stir and scrape some of the ingredients off the sides.
  2. Add water, as needed, to reach desired consistency. 
  3. Pour smoothie into a glass or travel mug and enjoy immediately, or on the go!
