Ingredients


1/2 medium Banana (s) (or 1 small banana; broken into chunks)
1/2 cup slices Strawberries (frozen)
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp Rolled oats- Gluten Free
1 tbsp Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or dairy-free yogurt of choice)
1/2 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, secure the lid, and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add water and stir throughout, as needed, to reach desired consistency. 
  3. Pour smoothie into a glass or travel mug and enjoy immediately, on the go, or take to work!
