1/2 cup slices | Sweet onion |
1 cup chopped | Carrots |
3 cup | Broccoli florets |
1 cup shredded | Red cabbage |
1 cup | Green cabbage (shredded) |

1 cup | Radish (quartered) |
1/3 cup | Peanuts |
20 medium | Shrimp, raw |
2 tbsp | Fish sauce |
1 tbsp | Canola oil |
1. Add oil to med high skillet and cook shrimp 2-3 mins per side. Set aside.
2. Add onions, carrots, broccoli, cabbages to same skillet and saute over med high heat for about 10 mins (veggies retain some crispness).
3. Add bamboo shoots for the last few minutes.
4. Serve in large bowl and top with shrimp, peanuts and radishes. Serve and enjoy all the goodness you are eating!
